So I had this thought during our last meeting, but I figured it best not to derail the discussion:

What would Hegel's safeword be?

When I look at the picture on the top right of the blog, I hear "being-for-self!" in some feaked out tone, with a thick Germanly-accented z sound on the "self". Any other suggestions?

Announcing HEGELBLOG

Hello, fellow Hegel Reading Group members.  

 Inspired by discussion in group today, I created this blog as a supplement to our weekly meetings.  This can be a virtual space for us to post deep thoughts about the meaning of Knowledge - or just its Notion - as well as logistical information about meeting times, places, etc.  I hope you like it and find it useful.  Is the title daunting enough?
